Routine help queries may be made by calling 042-9330868 or email to support@osirx.com. Orbitlink Emergency Services As part of our commitment to provide a 24-hour always-on service Orbitlink in conjunction with our partner Hughes Network Systems Europe operate a 24-hour support service from their headquarters in the UK. Any problems with the satellite system are monitored and rectified from this centre. Service problems are first logged with Orbitlink's oncall engineer who upon verification of the problem will raise the issue with the UK help desk.
